Train with purpose

Hi, I am Camiel – or as I am often called at home, Milo. I have been passionate about sports for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing football and tennis competitively, spent some time playing American Football in the United States and I also kitesurf although some scars might suggest otherwise. Over the years, I have trained in countless gyms and earned my stripes as a European certified personal trainer and accredited ACT coach.

Milo however is more than just a nickname – it stands for strength, kindness, and courage. In fact, the name comes from a Greek legend about Milo, the strongest man alive, who carried a calf up a hill every day until it became a bull. That story perfectly captures the power of steady progress. That is what I believe in – training and coaching that makes your stronger, step by step.

The essence of Coach Milo

Progress happens one step at a time – that is how real development works, both in training and in life. It is also how Coach Milo came to be. Not through shortcuts or the perfect plan, but through experience: a mix of life lessons, professional education, personal growth, and plenty of trial and error. Usually with a grin, sometimes with a raised eyebrow, but always moving forward. That is also the mindset I bring to every session together.

I am here to make you, as sport enthousiast, athlete or emerging talent, progressively stronger and to support you in your development. By helping you develop physically, mentally, and personally, we will enhance not only your athletic abilities but also your personal growth.
