Weekend Retreats

During the Milo Method weekend retreat, you go into nature, specifically the beautiful landscapes of the Veluwe, the Ardennes, or the Eifel. The goal is to unwind, train in nature, learn about your thoughts, but more importantly, discover how to create some distance from them. You will also have access to breathwork, sauna, ice bath and meditation sessions.

Another 'how to become a commando experience' but also no tree hugging retreat.
This is:
An active and relaxing weekend where we put the body first and you learn how to observe your thoughts from a distance. After the weekend, you therefore will not suddenly be enlightened or ready for combat, but you will leave a happier person with new insights and a fun weekend behind you, where activity and stillness came together.
